1. Billing Cycles

3. Fraud Detection & Account Verification
RackBank employs stringent fraud detection for all signups. Our verification department ensures the account holder is aware of the purchase and the signup is legitimate. Accounts are activated only after verification.
4. Payment Confirmation & Setup
For NEFT, RTGS, Wire Transfer, Cheque, Demand Draft, or Pay Order, send a payment receipt (scanned copy or screenshot) to sales@rackbank.com for account activation.
5. Changes to Billing Information
Billing cycle changes, contact information updates, or cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to sales@rackbank.com. Requests via live chat or phone will not be accepted.
6. Renewal Reminders
You'll receive renewal reminders 5, 2, and 1 days before the renewal date to the primary email address on your account.
7. Grace Period and Service Suspension
We offer a 3-day grace period for overdue payments. After the 6th day, your service will be suspended, and a late fee will be applied from the 2nd day. Backup services (if applicable) are available during suspension (days 6-10). Failure to pay within 5 days of suspension will result in permanent termination and data deletion.
8. Refunds and Cancellations
Refunds are provided only for unused service periods. Cancellations made 0-6 days before renewal apply to the following billing cycle; current period charges still apply. Chargebacks are not permitted and will result in fees, penalties, and potential legal action.
9. Chargebacks and Penalties
Chargebacks incur a ₹5,000 processing fee, a ₹2,500 penalty, and a 25% collections fee if collections action is required. Accounts terminated due to violations are not eligible for refunds.
10. Account Information Updates
Keep your billing and personal information current to avoid missed notifications and potential service interruptions. Update information in the Members Area or contact the Billing Department via Helpdesk.
